Return and Exchange Policy
Refund policy
We want you to love your order! ShopKSW sales are final. If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to us right away. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags or stickers it arrived with, and in its original packaging. Please reference the detailed instructions below.
We have a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopksw.com. When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photographs of the damaged items, original box and shipping label to info@shopksw.com. All three of these images are required to make a damage claim so please do not throw packaging away until after you have taken photographs. After 7 days of tracked and confirmed receipt of your package, your order will not qualify for replacement or refund of defective or damaged items.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your package(s) along with a tracking number(s). Upon delivery of your package(s), you will receive an email confirming the delivery of your order. If you have not received the package(s) or have any problems with the order, please contact us immediately at info@shopksw.com. After 7 days of tracked receipt of your package, your order will not qualify for refund or replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
