Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photographs of the damaged items, original box and shipping label to info@shopksw.com. All three of these images are required to make a damage claim so please do not throw packaging away until after you have taken photographs. After 7 days of tracked and confirmed receipt of your package, your order will not qualify for replacement or refund of defective or damaged items.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your package(s) along with a tracking number(s). Upon delivery of your package(s), you will receive an email confirming the delivery of your order. If you have not received the package(s) or have any problems with the order, please contact us immediately at info@shopksw.com. After 7 days of tracked receipt of your package, your order will not qualify for refund or replacement.
